Hello Kitty Perfume

I can always reminisce my childhood days whenever Hello Kitty pops in my mind. Although I do not own a room filled with Hello Kitty perfume merchandise, I still can;t resist the cuteness of this white cat. Perhaps this is the reason why I can’t wait for Sephora’s freshest  team up with the most adorable cat of all time.

When I first received an invite from the Beauty Insider, I got disappointed because everything was sold out when I visited the website. Meanwhile, Sephora was doing some previews because the collection is back online. Hence, when I received another invite, I immediately placed an order for myself online to avoid the instance that happened before. At night, I received my orders and I was so excited to review the items starting with the perfume followed by other stuffs in subsequent posts.

Now, I will not be ashamed to share to you that I bought a perfume just because of its really nice Hello Kitty head-shaped bottle. What’s more is that it has a pink atomizer, which made me more eager about it; I know I can always refill the bottle for another scent when it’s empty.

The Eau de Parfum was sold for only 55USD and it can contain about 1.7 fl oz. It was nicely packaged in white wrap with a cute bow sticker on the top. You can instantly view the pink atomizer once you open the box. The inside of the box is seems so sweet because it is entirely pink. When I opened the flap of the box, I was surprised with the lovely floral scent and the pretty bottle snugly placed in it.

The glass bottle contains a pink fragrant liquid and its top part is made of plastic. Despite of its beauty, I’ve realized the bottle was not a good design at all because of the fragrance spillage inside the box. I’ve found out that there’s a little gap at the lower part of the cap that caused the leakage during the shipping of this product.

Although there’s a bit problem on the bottle design, I cannot help but adore the shape as well as the fragrance of the perfume. I placed the bottle on the vanity table and started to appreciate it’s view. Even if its on Hello Kitty design, it doesn’t look so childish; I may consider it an adult version for Hello Kitty.

When I decided to order it online, I was half expecting a bad fragrance; however, I was proven wrong. It has a light floral fragrance which smells like grapefruit but the ingredients say it’s not. Sephora’s ingredients for this scent are Cassis Sorbet, Italian Mandarin, Apple, Magnolia Blossom, Freesia, Orange Flower, Tonka Bean, Vanilla, and Musk. I actually admired its smell since you can use it everyday in any occasion.
